Barco Pump recently completed another specialty pump order for a valued customer—delivered ahead of schedule and built to exact specifications.

This project included six (6) BPC10820J-BP pump packages, engineered for high-flow performance, reliability, and ease of deployment in demanding field conditions. Each unit was configured and assembled by the Barco Pump team with customer-specified options and premium components throughout.

Each BPC10820J-BP unit was built with the following components:

  • Cornell 8NHTH (10″ x 8″) pumpends

  • John Deere 13.6-liter, 685 HP Final Tier 4 diesel engines

  • 330-gallon fuel cell base with heavy-duty lifting bales

  • Controls Inc. automatic control panels

  • 12-volt batteries mounted in steel battery boxes

  • Four-port suction manifolds

  • DOT-approved 16K bumper-pull trailers

  • Customer-specified paint color

  • Cornell Co-Pilot monitoring systems with solar panels

These packages are capable of delivering over 7,000 GPM maximum flow with a shutoff total dynamic head (TDH) of 460 feet, making them well-suited for large-scale bypass, dewatering, and industrial pumping applications.

Optional configurations are available for suction and discharge manifolds with butterfly valves, pressure gauges, suction float switch assemblies, DOT gooseneck or bumper-pull trailers, and multiple fitting options to meet specific job requirements.
